About 5 weeks ago I began using the meal plans of Dr. Joel Fuhrman of PBS and New York Times bestselling author "Eat to Live", and am having amazing improvements in my health. Without going hungry, I have lost 28 pounds without trying. The idea is to only take a calorie in if it provides maximumn nutritian. And the food tastes great.


Trouble is, it's a lot of work to shop, prepare and cook in this way, especially since I fell into eating convenience food over the years.


It sue would be nice if I could split the work with 3 others. The recipes are for 4 servings. Anybody up for miraculous healing?
